All existing customers who have NOT completed the verification of their account in the last 12 months, or who verified more than 12 months ago, must verify their account within the allotted 30-day period. We will remind you of this necessary verification process via your bpremium app or via the website.
If you have not completed the verification process after this period, or your personal information does not match that in your account, your account will be restricted. Until you successfully complete the verification, you will no longer be able to make deposits or place bets. The withdrawal function will still be available.
